The multimedia project "Living Poetry. The Year of the Lord's Seasons" has resumed work after modernization.translated

After modernization, the publicly accessible website of the multimedia project "Living Poetry. The Year of the Lord's Seasons" was revived online.

The project was created by the Center for Cultural Initiatives "Encounter" based on a four-volume illustrated anthology of Russian poetry titled "The Year of the Lord's Seasons. Seasons and Orthodox Feasts (for family reading)," published in 2010 by the Cathedral of Christ the Saviour in Moscow, reports the website "Patriarchia.ru."

The anthology includes more than 700 poems by 94 authors from Simeon Polotsky (1629-1680) to Joseph Brodsky (1940-1996). Each volume of the anthology is divided into two sections: "Seasons" and "Orthodox Feasts."

The publication is rich with paintings by prominent Russian artists and is intended for family reading.

The anthology became a winner of the National Book Award "Book of the Year – 2010," laureate of the International Book Art Competition "Art of the Book – 2010," laureate of the International Cyril and Methodius Saints Prize (2010), and winner of the VI Open Book Education Competition (2011).
