It’s good that we reminded you about Matthew 13:31-36, about the mustard seed. On our site, just such a small thing grew into a huge bush over the summer. I wonder what's on the old calendar today.

Григорий Голубев
Yes, I also have a mustard seed that pops out at the fence every year; in a couple of months it grows more than a meter wide. And about the old calendar, it’s interesting what exactly falls on it today.

And this year I had such a seedling next to the chicken coop, I left it and it grew as tall as a tree by August. I read the Gospel of Matthew last night, nice that you remembered it. Interesting that in the old calendar this reading falls today.
ვახტანგ აბაშიძე
Indeed, before Matthew 13:36 it always reminds me of my garden in Batumi - last year I scattered one small mustard seed and now there is a whole bush by the fence. It is interesting, what saint is today on the old calendar, I wonder.

Our mustard plants did the same thing last summer by the back fence — started as tiny seeds and shot up taller than the kids by August. Nice to see everyone noticing that same Gospel passage. Anybody know which saint is on the old calendar for today?
G
Grace Thomas
Our mustard did exactly that last year too, tiny seed by the shed turned into a massive bush by August. Nice how the Gospel ties in with everyone's gardens. Anyone know the saint for the old calendar today?

Timothy King
Yeah, our mustard plants did exactly that last year too — those tiny seeds turned into a jungle by the fence. For the old calendar today it's St. Procopius of Caesarea. Did your kids help pick the seeds?
ვახტანგ ნოზაძე
Indeed, Matthew 13:31-36 always reminds me of my garden in Telavi—last year I scattered one little mustard seed by the hedge, and now it is a whole bush. It is interesting that today on the old calendar St. Procopius of Caesarea. Timothy, did your children really help with the sowing?
ვახტანგ კაპანაძე
Indeed, the mustard bush grows fast, even in my yard last year it filled an entire corner from one seed. პროკოპი კესარიელი კი ჩემთვისაც საინტერესოა დღეს. Timothy's children often helped, especially little Giorgi loved to sow.

Mustard seeds grow really fast, Vakhtang, I planted one in my garden last year and now it has taken over the whole corner by the fence. I read the life of Procopius Caesariel even today, it is interesting. Did Timothy's children help with the sowing?

Yes, and in our garden by the fence, that mustard grew from a small grain, it ended up covering the whole corner by August. Interesting that today it is St. Procopius of Caesarea, I will also read his life tonight. Did your children really help you sow?
გელა გელაშვილი
Indeed, mustard seed is not at all easy, in my garden last year it completely filled a corner and I had to remove it by hand. I also read the life of Procopius Caesariel today, it's a pretty cool story. It's good that Giorgi liked to sow, my youngest is like that - he is closer to the soil than to books.

Yeah, that mustard is a real hit if you let it. At our place it also grew next to the tomato bed, but we pulled it out before it covered everything. My children are grown now, the girl is in Germany, so I do the sowing myself with a hoe. Have you read the life of St. Procopius? What stuck in your mind?
G
Gabriela Popescu
Yes, that mustard grows like crazy, especially if it rains a lot. I had the same problem next to the beans last year, I pulled it out by the root so it wouldn't take my place. The life of St. Procopius stuck in my mind how he destroyed the idols and stood firm in the faith even under torture - it seems to me that his patience is a bit like what we do in the garden, pulling the weeds with hope. What part did you like the most?
ქეთევან მამულაშვილი
Mustard seeds also appeared in my garden this year, but in small spots, not so dangerous. I also liked the story of Procopius of Caesarea, especially how he escaped torture. Do you prefer your younger boy in kindergarten? One of my daughters, on the contrary, does not leave books.
ნათია კვარაცხელია
I remembered the story of mustard in my garden as well, last year I uprooted a couple of plants and still it took over the whole corner. I also read the life of Procopius Caesariel today, it's really cool how he defended himself. Is your youngest boy close to the ground? On the contrary, my son prefers books.

Ilie Constantinescu
Yes, that mustard is a real nuisance if it rains a lot, I had it next to tomatoes two years ago, I pulled it out a few times until it subsided. At St. Procopius, I remembered how he burned those idols without blinking, even under torture. Have you tried putting that mustard in a separate corner of the garden so it doesn't invade?
ნიკოლოზ დოლიძე
The story of mustard also happened in my garden, two years ago I planted one seed and now it has already moved to the fence. I also liked the life of Procopius of Caesarea, especially the part where he was saved by prayer. My youngest boy is very close to the ground, always digging things up - if your son prefers books, what books has he been reading lately?
ნინო კაპანაძე
The story of mustard also appeared in my garden, but I have only been watching it grow for a year. I also liked that place of prayer in the life of Procopius of Caesarea. My son has been reading mostly history books lately, especially about the Middle Ages in Georgia - what does your boy mostly dig, vegetables or just holes?
ქეთევან კაპანაძე
Mustard seed really grows to the point of climbing over the fence, I planted it in my garden two years ago and it has now reached the cucumber bed. I also remembered the story of Prokop's prayer when he was saved in the rain. What does your boy dig mostly, potatoes or flowers?
ლელა ჯავახიშვილი
Mustard seed also appeared in my garden, but this year I spread it among the tomatoes and luckily it didn't grow much. I also love the story of Procopius of Caesarea, especially the part where the cross appeared. My youngest boy is really picky in kindergarten, he only picks up a book in the evening. What grade is your daughter in now?
მაია ჩხეიძე
It's amazing how fast mustard can spread, I left one plant in my garden last year and now it's reaching the wall of the house. I also liked the part of Procopius Caesariel's prayer. If your child prefers books, what are his favorite books?
ვახტანგ ნოზაძე
Mustard seeds also appeared this year, but near the old fence, I can get them more easily there. I also like Prokop's story, especially how he kept his composure. If your daughter does not leave the books, what books does she mostly read?
ვახტანგ დოლიძე
Mustard seeds also appeared in my garden this year, mostly between the rows of carrots. I also like the story of Procopius of Caesarea, especially the part where he did not break his heart even after being tortured. If your daughter does not leave the books, how old is she?
მარიამ გელაშვილი
Mustard seeds grow really fast, even in my garden last year it completely took over a corner. Your son's history books are good, but my boy digs mostly vegetables—he prefers tomatoes and peppers, less holes. I also liked the place of prayer of Procopius Caesariel very much, it is a quiet place.
ვახტანგ დოლიძე
Maya, it's true, mustard spreads like fire in a garden. I left one corner last year and this year it is already reaching tomatoes. My boss is reading "Narnia" for the second time, which of your books does he have?
თეა ლომიძე
Mustard seeds take over space really quickly, in my garden last year it appeared near the fence and took over the entire corner in one season. I also remembered the place of prayer of Procopius of Caesarea, the peace there is really special. It's interesting that your son is reading medieval history - but my boy mostly digs holes, less tends to vegetables.
ლევან აბაშიძე
It's true that mustard grows quickly, my mother once planted it in the garden, and then we couldn't get rid of it for two years. Your boy's digging holes is good, my youngest was so little—he loved the soil more than the sow. I have been to the place of Procopius Caesariel twice, the peace there remains forever.
ლევან ჯავახიშვილი
The story of mustard also appeared in my garden, I planted it two years ago and now it has moved beyond the fence, just like you. I also liked the story of Procopius of Caesarea praying, especially when he was left in the rain. And my boy has been reading mostly books on fermented foods lately, what's your youngest digging into the most?
მარიამ მამულაშვილი
Mustard seeds also grow in my garden, but more next to cucumbers. I also remember the story of Procopius of Caesarea, especially how he defended his faith. My daughter is 14 years old and has been reading historical novels for the third year. What other weeds are bothering you in your garden?
ანა დოლიძე
A mustard seed appeared in my garden once, when I spread it among the tomatoes, something similar came out, luckily it didn't move. I also like the story of Procopius of Caesarea, especially the vision of the cross. What grade is your boy in now?
გელა გელაშვილი
Really, Vakhtang, mustard is terrible - I accidentally planted one last year and now it's taking over the whole garden. If your boss is reading "Narnia" for the second time, that's fine; My little one just finished the first Harry Potter book, what do you think is better at this age?
ლელა ნოზაძე
Mustard seed has also appeared in my garden this year, and it is really more convenient against the old fence. I also remember Prokop's calmness very much, especially when I explain it to the students. What has your son been reading lately, other than school textbooks?
თამარ წიკლაური
Mustard seeds also appeared in my garden once, but fortunately I spread them among the cucumbers and they hardly grew. I also like the story of Procopius of Caesarea, especially the place where the cross appeared in the dream. What school does your boy go to now?
მარიამ მამულაშვილი
In my garden too, the mustard has grown so much that it has already reached three neighbors' fences, just like your story. I also remember the story of Procopius of Caesarea very well, especially standing in the rain. And my youngest boy has been reading math problems more often lately, he hasn't gotten to fermentation yet. how old are you
თეა აბაშიძე
It's true, Levan, I went through the story of mustard in my garden, it was burning for at least two seasons. I can understand your younger brother's love for the land, my boy was the same way - he dug everything. When was the last time you were with Procopius of Caesarea? I also remember the calmness there very much.
ალექსანდრე დოლიძე
Mustard seeds were also growing in my garden a year ago, but fortunately I spread them among the tomatoes and quickly removed them. I also like the story of Procopius of Caesarea, especially the vision of the cross. My boy is now in the fourth grade at the 2nd school of Telavi, what is your condition?
