Take part in the V season of the All-Russian civil-patriotic dictation “My love, my soul is Russia!” everyone will be able to from November 5 to November 8, 2026.

This dictation is aimed at strengthening civil peace and harmony in Russia, the unity of the peoples of the country on the basis of an all-Russian civic identity, the press service of the Institute of Public Service and Management (IGSU) of RANEPA told Foma magazine.

Among the tasks of dictation are the preservation of traditional spiritual and moral values, the prevention of falsification of historical events, the preservation of the memory of significant achievements of the Russian state and the formation of socially significant guidelines for the development of society among young people.

– Dictation helps them [youth – ed. ] to feel a living connection with the history of their country, unites the student community, focuses students’ attention on the meaning of traditional Russian values, awakens in their hearts a sincere feeling of patriotism and personal involvement in the fate of the Fatherland. We hope that this project will continue to develop and gather even more like-minded people,” said the deputy. Minister of Science and Higher Education of Russia Olga Petrova.
