On October 20, 2026, the head of the Department for Family Issues, Protection of Motherhood and Childhood of the Brest Diocese E.M. Morozova, together with the chief freelance specialist in psychology of the main health department of the Brest Regional Executive Committee V.V. Tarasov, spoke at the round table “Practical aspects and features of the formation of responsible marriage and parenthood.”

The Belarusian Institute of Strategic Studies in Minsk became the platform for the presentation of modern practices. BISI is an institute established by the President of Belarus that provides information and analytical support for the activities of government bodies in strategic areas of foreign and domestic policy.
