The head of the Missionary Department of the Tara Diocese took part in a webinar on church rehabilitationtranslated

On September 18, 2026, the head of the Missionary Department of the Tara Diocese, Archpriest Dimitry Grishin, took part in a webinar organized by the Synodal Missionary Department of the Moscow Patriarchate.

The event was held remotely. The topic of the webinar is “The most pressing issues of church rehabilitation of persons who have fallen away from Orthodoxy.” The lecturer was A.I. Solodkov.

The organization of this training was aimed at improving the skills of diocesan missionaries and in pursuance of the corresponding circular letter from the Administration of the Moscow Patriarchate. During the meeting, practical and theoretical aspects of working with people on the path of returning to the fold of the Russian Orthodox Church were discussed.

Participation in such educational events allows local missionaries to receive up-to-date methodological recommendations and successfully apply them in their future work in the parishes of the Tara diocese.
