On October 23, 2026, a gala event dedicated to the 95th anniversary of the founding of the university was held at the Rostov State University of Economics (RINH).

With the blessing of the Head of the Don Metropolis, Metropolitan Mercury of Rostov and Novocherkassk, the event was attended by the head of the Diocesan Department for Relations of the Church with Society and the Media, Archpriest Daniil Azizov.
