Representatives from Latin America open a dialogue on drugs in Rome

From 25 to 27 August, representatives from Latin America and the Caribbean, together with participants with experience from Asia, Africa and Europe, are meeting to discuss prevention, recovery and social integration, and to put forward a response based on community, faith and shared responsibility in addressing addiction and the criminal recruitment of young people.
