The "Sf. Maria" - Urlați monastery from Prahova county was on Tuesday the host of the annual conference of charity priests from the Archdiocese of Bucharest.

The event began with a Te Deum service officiated by Father Ionuț Tutea, diocesan counselor at the Social-Philanthropic Sector of the Archdiocese of Bucharest, and continued with a lecture by Archdiocese. Eugen Maftei, conseiller diocésain au secteur de l'éducation et des activités jeunesse de l'archidiocèse de Bucarest.

The lecture, with the theme "The Christian woman in the vision of the Holy Fathers. Pastoral aspects", included clarifications about the relationship between man and woman, about the valorization of women in family life and in society, about the status of women in the past and in the present, and about the Mother of God as a model of the Christian woman.

Dans la deuxième partie des discussions, le P. Alin Nica, the coordinator of the charity priests of the Archdiocese of Bucharest, took stock of the activities of the last five years and presented future projects.
