Working meeting in the administration of the Voskresensk city district on creating an accessible environment for people with limited mobility in parishestranslated

On behalf of the Governor of the Moscow Region A.Yu. Vorobyov in municipalities provides assistance to parishes in creating an accessible environment for citizens with limited mobility, including participants of the SVO. On October 22, 2026, a working meeting was held in the conference hall of the administration of the Voskresensk city district on the adaptation of churches taking into account the needs of parishioners who have difficulty moving. Head of the district A.V. Malkin, deputy heads E.A. Ermakov and M.M. Stepanova, Deputy Chairman of the Council of Deputies S.S. Slepov met and discussed this issue with the dean of the 1st Voskresensky deanery district, Archpriest Kirill Sedov, and the dean of the 2nd Voskresensky (Beloozersky) deanery district, Archpriest Sergiy Rybakov.

As a result of the meeting, it was decided in the near future to install special buttons for calling employees in six Orthodox organizations in the district, where this is most relevant, as well as to continue work on developing an accessible environment and collecting statistical data on the demand for various support measures in this area.
