Psychotherapist Vyacheslav Borovskikh met with students of the Don Theological Seminarytranslated

On October 19, 2026, the famous psychotherapist Vyacheslav Borovskikh met with students of the theological and pastoral department of the Don Theological Seminary.

The creator of the method of morally oriented psychotherapy discussed a wide range of issues with future clergy: from problems associated with various addictions, to challenges caused by the development of artificial intelligence, and the features of ascetic life in modern conditions.

During the conversation, Vyacheslav Borovskikh also spoke about the projects he is implementing, including the activities of the Podvizhnik medical and educational foundation, shared plans for work in Rostov-on-Don and answered numerous questions from teachers and students of the Don Theological Seminary.

The event was organized by the vice-rector for scientific work of the Don Theological Seminary, Priest Alexy Ovchinnikov, with the support of the educational department of the seminary. The meeting was also attended by the head of the press service of the seminary, Priest Evgeny Zavgorodny, representatives of public organizations, teachers, volunteers, psychologists and lawyers, as well as master’s students.
