The "Heart Laboratory" project promotes cardiovascular prevention on the occasion of National Heart Daytranslated

The "Heart Lab" was launched on Tuesday with the aim of preventing cardiovascular diseases. The event was organized at the Medical Simulation Center of UMF "Carol Davila" on the occasion of National Heart Day.
The project is organized by the Coalition of Organizations of Patients with Chronic Diseases (COPAC) and the "Carol Davila" University of Medicine and Pharmacy (UMF) from Bucharest.
According to a COPAC press release published on the official website, the project is aimed especially at adults over 35 and those who already have cardiovascular risk factors.
Prevention starts with education "The project, planned for a period of 12 months, aims to develop a practical model of cardio-reno-metabolic prevention in the community, which will bring prevention closer to people through education, increasing the capacity of community nurses and the use of simple self-monitoring and digital monitoring tools," the release states.
