The construction project of the Mono Monastery is moving forward: the topographical measurements have been completedtranslated

The Monastery of the Exaltation of the Holy Cross in Mono, Ontario, Canada, took a step forward on Tuesday in the construction project of the church, refectory and cells: topographical measurements.
"We are thus entering a new stage of this project, which, with the help of God and the blessing of His Holiness Father Ioan Casian, the Bishop of Canada, will continue in the coming months," Father Abbot Policarp Athenagoras said.
"We ask that you accompany us with your prayers and, if you can, with an offering - small or large, each according to strength - that this work may be accomplished for the glory of God and the benefit of future generations."
Father Abbot thanks all the pilgrims, benefactors and volunteers who are with the communities.
The other patron of the monastic settlement is St. Ephrem the New. The monastery is located at 308328 Hockley Rd., Mono, Orangeville, Ontario L9W 6N4.
