Patronal feast day in the Church of the Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon in the city of Polotsktranslated

On August 9, the patronal feast day was celebrated in the Church of the Great Martyr and Healer Panteleimon in Polotsk. The Divine Liturgy was led by the rector of the church, Priest Alexander Kozel.

Concelebrating with His Reverence were: Priest Andrei Babushkin, Priest Alexander Talerenak and Priest David Balakai.

The service ended with a religious procession around the church.

For all parishioners and guests of the holiday, the youth of the parish prepared memorable gifts.

After the Liturgy, a festive concert with songs and dances took place, in which the parish choir director Nonna Kotova and the folk group “Vargan” took part.

A soldier's porridge was organized for all participants of the holiday.
