The patronal feast day in honor of the Konevskaya Icon of the Mother of God was solemnly celebrated at the courtyard of the Konevsky Monasterytranslated

On July 23, 2026, the Divine Liturgy of the patronal feast was celebrated in the church in honor of the Konevskaya Icon of the Mother of God at the St. Petersburg courtyard of the Konevskaya monastery. The evening before, July 22, a festive All-Night Vigil was held.

The Divine Liturgy was led by the rector of the metochion, Hieromonk David (Alekseev), and he was co-served by the regular clergy of the metochion, Priest Georgy Prokofiev and Priest Roman Ryabtsev.

During the Divine Liturgy, despite the working day, many parishioners prayed and began the Sacrament of the Holy Eucharist. After the Liturgy, glorification of the Konevskaya Icon of the Mother of God was performed.

The holiday continued with a traditional meal with a field kitchen, organized in the church courtyard for parishioners, and a concert of classical works.
