On October 11, on the day of remembrance of the Venerables Cyril and Mary of Radonezh, Metropolitan Theodosius of Samara and Novokuybyshevsk celebrated the Divine Liturgy in the home church of the Samara Theological Seminary, consecrated in honor of the holy parents of the Venerable Sergius of Radonezh. His Eminence was served by the clergy of the Samara Metropolis, teachers and staff of the seminary in holy orders. At the end of the Liturgy, a thanksgiving prayer was performed. Metropolitan Theodosius sprinkled the worshipers with holy water. Then the rector of the Samara Theological Seminary, Archpriest Maxim Kokarev, addressed the archpastor. In his response, the head of the Samara Metropolis congratulated all those gathered on the patronal holiday. The festive program continued in the assembly hall of the seminary.
