On October 14, 2026, the Church of the Intercession of the Mother of God in the village of Verblyuzhye, Sargat district, celebrates its patronal feast day.

With the blessing of Bishop Vikenty of Tara and Tyukalinsk, on this day the festive Liturgy in the Intercession Church was led by the dean of the Sargat region, Abbot Seraphim (Maksimov). Concelebrating with him were the rector of the Church of the Intercession of the Mother of God in the village of Camel, Priest Vladimir Voevodin, and the rector of the Church of the Holy Blessed Grand Duke Alexander Nevsky in the village of Nizhneirtyshskoye, Archpriest Gennady Bulov.

After the festive service, the dean of the district, Father Seraphim, conveyed the congratulations and blessing of Bishop Vincent to all residents and guests of the village celebrating the Protection of the Mother of God.
