Charity priests from the Archdiocese of Sibiu analyzed the role of the Christian woman in the life of the Church and the family, during an autumn pastoral-missionary meeting.

The program started with a Tedeum service at the Faculty of Orthodox Theology "Saint Andrei Șaguna" in Sibiu and continued in the "Metropolitan Ioan Mețianu" Hall of the theological education institution.

Father Bogdan Fluieraș, administrative vicar of the Archdiocese of Sibiu, conveyed the blessing of Metropolitan Laurentiu of Transylvania to the priests from the medical, social, military units and from other missionary communities: "His Eminence urges you to always keep this call alive, with patience, gentleness and an open heart towards the suffering of your neighbor".

"IPS Laurențiu fully knows and appreciates the special work you do in the service of people in suffering, an apparently discreet mission, but very important and necessary, a work through which the love of Christ is felt in the hearts of those tried by illness, loneliness and hardships of life", said Fr.
