On November 5, a festive event dedicated to the 35th anniversary of the Transnistrian police took place at the Republican Educational Complex named after A. S. Makarenko. Students of the institution prepared a concert program with poetic and musical numbers, congratulating employees of the internal affairs bodies on their professional anniversary. The head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the PMR, Major General Andrey Barabash, representatives of internal affairs bodies and public organizations, as well as the spiritual mentor of the students, Archpriest Georgy Lisnik, came to share the celebration with the children. Addressing the audience, Father George spoke about the events of the Time of Troubles and the fate of Patriarch Hermogenes of Moscow and All Rus', who found himself imprisoned for his loyalty to the Church and the Fatherland. The priest reminded the children about the importance of maintaining faith and spiritual perseverance even in difficult life circumstances. He wished the police officers a peaceful sky, physical health and peace of mind.
