Pre-Registration Opens for Fifth Annual Liturgical Music Workshop and Seminarian Benefit Concert

DAYTON, OH [DOM] – The Diocese of the Midwest – St. Andrew of Crete Music Ministry is pleased to announce that pre-registration is now open for its fifth annual Liturgical Music Workshop, to be held at St. Paul the Apostle Church in Dayton, OH, on Friday, November 13, and Saturday, November 14, 2026.
The two-day workshop is free and open to all who are interested in Orthodox liturgical music. The workshop will bring together clergy, choir directors, singers, and others for a weekend of instruction, singing, and prayer.
This year’s workshop will have a special focus: a concert benefiting diocesan seminarians. As a capstone to the workshop, participants will perform a concert following Great Vespers on Saturday. Rehearsals throughout the workshop will focus on learning and preparing the music for the concert. All proceeds from the concert will benefit diocesan seminarians at both St. Tikhon’s Seminary and St. Vladimir’s Seminary.
