On July 7, on the feast of the Nativity of the venerable, glorious Prophet, Forerunner and Baptist of the Lord John, a festive Divine Liturgy was celebrated in the Church of St. Nicholas the Wonderworker in the village of Torfyanoe.

The service was led by the dean of the Priozersk district, rector of the church, Archpriest Sergius Belkov, co-served by Deacon Andrei Solovyov.

The parishioners gathered together to share the joy of this great event and partake of the Holy Mysteries of Christ. The service was attended by children from the Melnikovskaya secondary school camp.
