Bishop of Tara and Tyukalinsky Vikenty met with the director of the Center for Cultural Development named after. M.A. Ulyanova Tatyana Sergeevna Gubina.

During the meeting, the issue of further cooperation and teamwork was discussed, results were summed up and plans were outlined.
