I, on the other hand, remember that on July 5, my aunt Atanaska from Timisoara always made a big cottage cheese pie for the day. Interestingly, who is still celebrating today – Atanas, Atanaska or maybe Lambo?

У нас в Гданск Atanaska рядко се среща, но миналата година една съседка от българската group направи точно такава пита с извара и ни почерпи след liturgy. Вкусно беше, с много копър. А Ламбо май е повече за 20 юни, нали?

Here in Novi Sad, Atanaska is celebrated with just such a broth pie, we just add a little cheese instead of dill. Lambo sounds more like a nickname to me than a real name for today. Gabriela, is your aunt still making that pie?
