Repeating numbers—signs from God or temptation?translated

Greetings, dear priests. I am 18 years old and live in communion with God. Once, I asked Him to give me signs through repeating numbers like 111 or 222—like angelic numerology and all that. Since then, I have started noticing these numbers frequently at the right moments: on one hand, they comfort me and help me trust God more, but on the other, the Bible does not mention these numbers. I am seeking your help: could this be from God or is it temptation? Thank you for your attention.

Dear Daniel,

The fact that you are pondering this question already indicates that somewhere deep within you, you know the answer and you just need external confirmation of its correctness.

Daniel, I believe that what you call angelic numerology has little to do with Orthodox Christianity, and therefore we should not take it seriously or be overly fascinated by it.

Instead, please try to regularly attend church services, confess, receive the Holy Mysteries, read wise books, and do good deeds.
