Over 680 people received support through the mobile social kitchen of the Metropolitanate of Moldova and Bucovinatranslated

The "5 Breads and 2 Fishes - Food for All" project of the Metropolitanate of Moldova and Bucovina offers a warm meal and support to vulnerable people. Launched in May in Iasi, the mobile social kitchen has so far reached over 680 beneficiaries.
According to the organizers, the project has grown steadily from one edition to another. If at the beginning approximately 90 people benefited, on average, from support each week, in the tenth edition the number of beneficiaries reached 160.
"Not because we did a more aggressive promotion campaign, but because the Circle of Good widens on its own. Our beneficiaries are the ones who pass on the news to other people they see in need. The word is transmitted from person to person, as true good has always been transmitted," the project representatives said.
The organizers emphasized that, beyond a hot meal, the initiative also offers a sense of belonging. Some of the beneficiaries, although they have very little, choose to return the gesture received through small donations, and others have even become project volunteers.
