Over 100 schools in the Archdiocese of Suceava celebrated World Teachers' Day by participating in the Liturgytranslated

Over a hundred schools in the Archdiocese of Suceava and Rădăuţil celebrated the World Teachers' Day by participating in the Holy Liturgy on October 4-5, 2026. The diocesan program, initiated by His Eminence Father Calinic, Archbishop of Suceva and Rădăuţil, is entitled Children's Liturgy.
The diocesan Children's Liturgy program, which reached its fifth edition this year, is coordinated, in partnership, by the Suceava County School Inspectorate and the Archdiocese of Suceava and Rădăuțil, through the Media and Communication Sector and the Educational-Theological Sector (Education).
"I think that every church is a school for the application of the religion lesson. And, equally, I don't think that we could talk about an encomiastication of education outside of prayer," said Prof. Daniela Ceredeev, county school inspector for Religion and program coordinator.
