His Holiness Patriarch Kirill expressed condolences to the families and friends of those killed and injured in a car accident on the Kholmogory highway in the Arkhangelsk region on September 11, in which 13 people died, including three children.
“It was with a heavy heart that I received the news of a car accident that occurred on the M-8 Kholmogory highway, which claimed the lives and health of many people, including children.
