The Icon of the Mother of God “Feodorovskaya” with the Patriarchal blessing was handed over by His Holiness Patriarch Kirill to the Minister of Culture of Russia Olga Lyubimova.

The transfer of the image took place on October 27, 2026 during a meeting of the Primate of the Russian Orthodox Church with the head of the Russian Ministry of Culture in the Patriarchal Chambers of the capital's Cathedral of Christ the Savior in Moscow, reports the website Patriarchia.ru.

It is noted that at the meeting, His Holiness heartily thanked Olga Lyubimova “for the fruitful cooperation” of the department she heads with the Russian Orthodox Church.
