Pilgrimage and tourist rally “Stone Belt 2026”: bright victories and strong friendshiptranslated

From August 1 to 3, a pilgrimage and tourism gathering of parochial schools and Orthodox youth “Stone Belt 2026” was held in the village of Novaya Tura. The event was attended by children and adults from Verkhnyaya Tura, Kachkanar, Krasnoturinsk, Lesnoy and Nizhnyaya Tura.

The pupils of the Sunday school “Kovcheg” of the parish of the Intercession of the Blessed Virgin Mary in the city of Nizhnyaya Tura deserved special attention. The guys showed themselves with dignity in the eventful program of the rally.

In an intellectual game dedicated to the theme of the year - the memory of St. Nicholas of Japan - the team from Nizhnyaya Tura demonstrated deep knowledge and took an honorable second place. The fight on the football field became no less intense and exciting: in a hard-fought tournament, the students of “Ark” also won second place.

A real creative success was participation in the competition for the best lunch “Trapeznik”, which was dedicated to the national cuisines of the autocephalous and autonomous Orthodox Churches. The guys prepared dishes of Bulgarian cuisine. The jury noted the team's diligence, thoughtful presentation and creative approach and awarded it first place.
