Vacationers from the Akter-Ples sanatorium visited the Resurrection Cathedral of Vichuga on a tourtranslated

On July 26, a group of vacationers from the Akter-Plyos sanatorium again visited the Resurrection Cathedral in the city of Vichuga. An excursion was organized for the guests, which was conducted by the cathedral cleric, Deacon Sergius Bezzubov.

The priest spoke about the history of the construction and consecration of the cathedral, its architectural and artistic features, as well as modern parish life. The attention of the tourists was drawn to the interior decoration of the temple - wall paintings and unique majolica panels made by masters of the Abramtsevo plant.

At the end of the review part, Deacon Sergius addressed those present with a missionary speech, in which he touched on issues of faith, the meaning of church life and the role of the church as a meeting place for man and God.
