Consecration of the Veneration Crosstranslated

On September 22, prior to the feast day of the church of the holy martyrs Minodora, Mithodora, and Nymphodora in Ushachi, Archpriest Alexander Talerenak, dean of the Ushachi ecclesiastical district and priest-in-charge of the church of the holy martyrs, conducted the consecration of the veneration cross.

The Veneration Cross was installed to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the consecration of the church of the holy martyrs Minodora, Mithodora, and Nymphodora, as well as in memory of the clergy who served on Ushachi land during times of persecution against the Church.

During the service for the consecration of the cross, Father Alexander prayed for the repose of the deceased clergy whose names are inscribed on two marble plaques, and blessed the holy relic with chrism water.
