Consecration of the bell for the Feodorovsky Church under constructiontranslated

With the blessing of Metropolitan Mark of Vyatka and Slobodsk, on Saturday, July 4, 2026, the bell was consecrated for the church under construction in honor of the Feodorovskaya Icon of the Mother of God.

Divine services on the territory of the church under construction - a prayer service with an akathist to the Feodorovskaya Icon of the Mother of God, a funeral lithium for the deceased soldiers, the rite of consecration of the bell was performed by the secretary of the Vyatka Diocese, the rector of the temple in honor of the Feodorovskaya Icon of the Mother of God, Priest Vitaly Lapshin.

The start of services was announced by the ringing of bells. Church hymns were sung during the services.

Parishioners of the Feodorovskaya Church, members of the Committee of Families of Soldiers of the Fatherland in the Kirov Region, mothers and relatives of the defenders of the Fatherland took part in prayerful services.

The thirty-kilogram bell was cast in a bell workshop in Moscow, with donations from relatives and fallen heroes of the Special Military Operation. The bell will be installed on the territory of the temple under construction and will announce the beginning of the service to residents and guests of the city.

At the end of the service, the secretary of the Vyatka Diocese, the rector of the church in honor of the Theodore Icon of the Mother of God, Priest Vitaly Lapshin, addressed the believers with a pastoral word:
