The program of the conference "Theology in the Scientific-Educational Space-2026" has been publishedtranslated

The Organizing Committee has published the program of the VII All-Russian Scientific-Practical Conference "Theology in the Scientific-Educational Space," which will take place in Yekaterinburg from October 29 to 30, 2026. The organizers of the conference are the Missionary Institute and the Ekaterinburg Theological Seminary.

The conference will take place in a hybrid format: in person and remotely with streaming via the videoconferencing service "Kontur Talk."

The directions of work and topics for discussion include:

- Theology in the modern academic space: theology as a field of scientific knowledge, its methodological foundations and subject boundaries; the relationship between theology, religious studies, and the philosophy of religion; the potential for interdisciplinary dialogue with history, philology, cultural studies, pedagogy, and other humanities.

- Theology and education: modern approaches to the training of bachelor's, master's students, and teachers of theological disciplines; interaction between spiritual schools, seminaries, and universities; issues of the quality of theological education, updating of curricula, and the formation of professional competencies of the graduate.
