A new psaltic music school for people of all ages will open in Iasi: Registrationtranslated

A new psaltic music school, intended for children, young people and adults, will open from September in Iași, as part of a project of the Archdiocese of Iași.
Registration for the first generation of learners runs from September 1-23, and participation is free.
The Metropolitan School of Psaltic Music "Saint Macarie Protopsaltu" aims to provide training in the art of Byzantine singing and, at the same time, to bring the participants closer to the liturgical life of the Church.
The courses will be organized in three age groups: 7–14 years, 15–20 years and over 20 years. The activities will take place three times a week, in the "Iustin Moisescu" Hall of the Iași Metropolitan Ensemble.
The program will not be limited to class hours. Participants will be able to take part in services, concerts, camps and meetings with psalters from the country and abroad, as well as cultural and missionary activities.
