A robotics team from Suceava was decorated by IPS Calinic for the performance obtained at a competition in the USAtranslated

On Wednesday, Archbishop Calinic of Suceava and Rădăuţi decorated the Royal Engineers robotics team from the "Ștefan cel Mare" National College in Suceava, as a sign of appreciation for the performance achieved at the Michiana Premier Event international competition in the United States of America.

Upon returning to the country, the team members were received by His Eminence at the Diocesan Center in Suceava. Father Andrei Mocanu, Diocesan Councilor of the Social-Philanthropic Sector of the Suceava Diocesan Center also participated in the meeting.

As a sign of appreciation for the results achieved and for the way they represented Romania abroad, Archbishop Calinic awarded them the "Saint John the New from Suceava" Order, one of the highest distinctions awarded by the Archdiocese of Suceava and Rădăuţi.

Participation in the competition was possible with the support of the Archdiocese of Suceava and Rădăuţi, which supported the team's trip to the United States of America, as a sign of encouraging performance in the field of STEM education.
