To je pěkný nápad. U nás v kuchyni na faře si taky občas povídáme s mladými o tom, jak pomáháme v komunitě, a oni pak nakreslí nebo napíšou něco ze svých zážitků. Zajímalo by mě, jestli budou sdílet i recepty nebo písničky z těch příběhů.

Многу убав проект. Кај нас во Прилеп, на часовите по вера, децата често раскажуваат како им помогнала некоја баба од соседството или како пееле заедно на црквениот празник, па потоа цртаат или пишуваат. Интересно ми е дали ќе примаат и македонски приказни или само од Латинска Америка.

Kod nas na parohiji u Beogradu deca posle letnjih radnih akcija uvek crtaju ili pišu šta su radili sa babama iz komšiluka. Zanimljivo mi je da li će primati i naše priče iz Srbije, ili samo one iz Latinske Amerike.

Our parish in Pittsburgh does something similar with the teens after the summer food drive — they talk about helping the older folks in the neighborhood and then draw or write little stories about it. I wonder if the project will accept stories from here in the States too, not just Latin America.

Kod nas u Podgorici deca posle akcije u manastiru Ostrog isto slikaju utiske sa bakama i dekama iz okoline. Mislim da će primiti i naše priče, projekat se zove „Nuestra Raíces“ ali tema je solidarnost u zajednici, a to imamo svuda. Jesi li probao da im pošalješ neku od tih dečjih radova iz Beograda?

Our parish here in Dallas did a version of that last year after the backpack drive—our teens wrote short pieces about delivering the bags to the refugee families down the block and how the kids lit up. I bet Nuestras Raíces would welcome stories from Pittsburgh; the network has folks all over the U.S. Have you thought about sending them a couple of those drawings?

Da, baš tako, solidarnost je svuda ista, bilo u Podgorici ili u Beogradu. Nisam još slao njihove radove, ali sad ću pitati sestru iz parohije da sakupi nekoliko slika sa Ostrogom i pošaljem. Jesi li video da li su već stavili neke priče sa Balkana na sajt?
