Nicu Popescu proposes the creation of a European institution to combat the evasion of sanctions against Russiatranslated

The European Union should create an institution to identify networks that circumvent the sanctions imposed on Russia and help member states block Moscow's access to technological components used in the production of weapons. The proposal belongs to the special emissary of the president Maia Sandu, Nicu Popescu, and the former Portuguese official Tiago Antunes, in an article published on October 22 by Carnegie Europe.
