A visit to the Psychiatric Penitentiary of Korydallos (P.S.K.K.) was carried out by K.S.O. - Ecclesiastical Foundation of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens and peoo.gr - Panhellenic Union of Optical Optometrists. The action took place as a culmination of the anniversary of the completion of one year, since the signing of the tripartite Memorandum of Cooperation, which was co-signed on July 1, 2025, by the Deputy Minister of Citizen Protection Mr. Yannis Lambropoulos, on behalf of the State, the Deputy President of the K.E.S.O His Eminence Metropolitan Fanarios Mr. Agathangelos, who represented the Archbishop and the Ecclesiastical Foundation of the Holy Archdiocese of Athens and Mr. Stelios Mylovas President of the Panhellenic Union of Optical Optometrists.

Thus, on the morning of Tuesday, July 7, 2026, the Dynamic "Optic Team" with the participation of two excellent Ophthalmological Surgeons: Anastasia Serepa, who was a co-traveller of the action, since 2018, the starting point for starting similar humanitarian visits to Penitentiaries and in critical areas, and Dr. Eleni Messini, who is also an ophthalmologist of EDOEAP and integrated into the team in 2025, we found ourselves at the main gate of the Psychiatric Shop...

Peter JohnsonGood to see the same two eye doctors still showing up years later — Anastasia since 2018 and Dr. Messini who joined in 2025. Sounds like a solid follow-up to that 2025 agreement. Hope the guys inside got some real help with their vision.
