The Diocese of Thira awarded the young students of Iostranslated

The Holy Diocese of Thira, Amorgos and the Islands awarded the young men and women of Ios who achieved admission to the Higher Educational Institutions of the country, offering them monetary prizes. The prizes were handed over by His Eminence's representative and vicar of Ios, Father Stavros Markoulis, who conveyed to the new students the warm congratulatory wishes and paternal love of His Eminence Metropolitan of Thira, Amorgos and the Islands, Mr. Amfilochios.

Father Stavros congratulated the winners for their efforts and wished them good progress, strength and every success in the new period of their lives.
