Bishop Pavlos visits the power plant in Myrsinitranslated

The Most Reverend Bishop Pavlos (Ordolo Oglou), at the invitation of Father Georgiy Sergeev, representative of the Russian Church in Turkey, visited, at the head of a delegation, which included priests and club presidents, the power plant in Myrsini. Father George Sergeyev, representative of the Russian Church in Turkey, Father Pallady Bystrov, priest of the station's church, and Mr. Marcel Terekin, deputy director of the station, welcomed Theophilastatos.

The Most Reverend Bishop Mr. Pavlos celebrated the Divine Liturgy, flanked by the priests from the two Churches, in the church of the station.

The participants discussed, after the Divine Liturgy, the historical relationship between the two Churches and the ways of rebuilding the churches, which were damaged due to the 2023 earthquake.
