With particular splendor, ecclesiastical enthusiasm and the participation of a multitude of devout Christians, the religious events were held in the city of Grevena for the reception of the Holy Chariot of our Holy Father Nikanoros the Wonderworker, which was transferred from the Holy Monastery of Zavorda and placed for worship and sanctification of the faithful in the Holy Metropolitan Church of the Annunciation of the Theotokos.
