Venerable brothers Hierarchs and blessed children in the Lord,

Arriving in fasting, prayer and darkness on the glorious and festive day of Holy Easter, we praise and glorify the world-saving Resurrection of our Lord and God and Savior Jesus Christ, which marks the proud victory of life over death, renews all creation and opens the way to deification by grace for man. The Church of Christ preserves the Easter experience in the liturgical life, in the feasts of the Saints and Martyrs of the faith, in the eschatological drive of monasticism, in the proclamation of the Gospel "to the ends of the earth", in theology and the doxological art, in the good testimony of believers in the world, to the culture of love and solidarity, to the immovable certainty that evil does not have the last word in history.
