Meeting of the Metropolitan of Ioannina with the Minister of Health Adonis Georgiadistranslated

The Minister of Health, Adonis Georgiadis, visited Ioannina on Thursday, October 15, 2026, where he made consecutive visits and inaugurations to health facilities, as part of his two-day tour of Epirus. As part of the visit, Adonis Georgiadis met with the Metropolitan of Ioannina Mr. Maximos at the Ioannina Nursing Home.

Mr. Georgiadis discussed with His Eminence the work of the structure and the possibilities of its further support.

The Minister expressed his appreciation for the Metropolitan, noting that the State seeks to help as much as it can people who work to support their fellow human beings. At the same time, he underlined the importance of the work carried out at the Nursing Home.
