With cordiality and with the honors befitting distinguished and respected guests, His Beatitude the Patriarch of Serbia, Mr. Porphyrios, with his entourage, was received at the seat of the Parliament of Australia. Welcoming the distinguished guest, the Speaker of the House of Representatives of the Federal Parliament, Mr Milton Dick, emphasized that it was a huge honor for him to welcome the Patriarch of Serbia to the "House of the Australian Republic" because, he said, during his years of service, the world knew His Beatitude as someone who was "deeply committed to supporting young people, not just the community of but all over the world and whose visit is of great importance to the Serbian community in Australia".
