Twenty years since the ordination of the blessed Metropolitan of Corinth Panteleimonostranslated

The Apostolic Holy Metropolis of Corinth, with feelings of gratitude and filial memory, honors on Sunday, August 16, 2026, the completion of twenty years since the ecclesiastical death of the late Metropolitan of Corinth, Mr. Panteleimonos, who for more than four decades shepherded the local Church of Corinth. On the occasion of this anniversary, in the Holy Cathedral of the Apostle Paul in Corinth, a Polyhierarchical Divine Liturgy will be celebrated and, subsequently, the Holy Memorial of the blessed Hierarch.

The venerable Metropolitan Mr. Panteleimon connected his high priestly ministry with the history and life of the Apostolic Church of Corinth for a long series of years, ministering to the people of God and leaving his own legacy to the local Church.

The Most Reverend Metropolitan of Corinth, Mr. Pavlos, invites the Holy Clergy, the Authorities and the pious people to participate in the Multi-priestly Divine Liturgy and the Holy Memorial and to unite their prayers to the Risen Lord for the repose of the soul of the blessed Pastor Panteleimon, so that the Lord may claim him the joy of Resurrection and the communion of eternal life in His Kingdom.
