New Communications and Legal Counseling Officers in the Archdiocese of Canadatranslated

Two new appointments were announced by the Archbishop of Canada Mr. Apostolos, strengthening the work of the Holy Archdiocese of Canada in the fields of communication and legal support. Specifically, as announced on Friday, September 25, 2026, Archbishop Mr. Apostolos appointed His Eminence Archimandrite Fr. Evdokimos Mathioudakis as Director of the Communications Office of the Holy Archdiocese of Canada.

In his new role, Father Evdokimos will contribute to the coordination of the official communication of the Archdiocese, as well as to the presentation of its ecclesiastical, pastoral and educational work to the staff of the Church and the wider society.

Archbishop Apostolos expressed special gratitude to Archimandrite Evdokimos for his willingness to volunteer his time and abilities, alongside his main pastoral ministry as head of the Greek Orthodox Community of Saints Constantine and Helen in Toronto.
