Visit of the Archbishop of Canada Apostolos to the Greek Day School "Metamorfosis"translated

The Most Reverend Archbishop of Canada, Mr. Apostolos, visited the Greek Day School "Metamorfosis" of the Holy Archdiocese of Canada, where he was warmly received by the Director Anna Sarantidis, the teachers and the students. The School, attended by approximately 300 students in eight classes, carries out an important educational and Greek Orthodox project, offering children a modern and multilingual educational environment. Students are taught three languages — Greek, English and French — combining their academic training with knowledge of the Greek language, history and cultural heritage.
During his visit, His Holiness was given a tour of the facilities and visited all the classes, where he spoke to the students with special fatherly love. As a blessing and memory of this pastoral meeting, he personally offered each of the 300 children a small cross, wishing that the Holy Cross of the Lord would always be a source of strength, protection and hope in their lives.
