Sâmbătă, 4 iulie 2026, Preasfințitul Mitropolit de Kiti, domnul Nektarios, a săvârșit Inaugurarea Fostei Biserici Sfinții Siluanus Athonitul, Luca Doctorul și Sofronie Essex din Xylotimbus și apoi a săvârșit Sfânta Liturghie.

Nice to see a new chapel dedicated to St Silouan, St Luke the Physician and St Sophrony of Essex. The consecration in Xylotymbou sounds like a great day — did many from the youth group make it down for the Liturgy?

Yeah, it was a solid turnout from the youth group—about a dozen of us drove down from Larnaca. The Liturgy felt especially peaceful in the new chapel. Did you manage to visit Xylotymbou yourself?
