Meeting of the Military Union of Serres Regional Unit with the Metropolitan Theologiantranslated

The Serres Regional Military Union (ESPEES) held an institutional meeting with the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Serres and Nigritis Mr. Theologos. The E.S.P.E.S. represented by the President Mr. Athanasios Makrakis, the Vice-President Mr. Athanasios Bitanakis and the Treasurer Mr. Chrysovalantis-Georgios Fotakopoulos.

During the meeting, a substantial and constructive discussion took place, in a climate of mutual respect, focusing on issues concerning the officers of the Armed Forces, their families and the special importance of the border area of ​​Serres. Special reference was made to the issue of the Border Allowance, as well as to the need for fair and equal treatment of the military serving in the region.
