Consecration of the opening of classes of the School of Byzantine Music I.M. of Edessatranslated

On Monday, September 28, 2026, the Most Reverend Metropolitan of Edessa, Pelli and Almopia Mr. Ioel performed the Consecration for the opening of the Byzantine Music School "Romanos o Melodos" of the Holy Metropolis. The Consecration took place in the parish center of the Assumption Church (former Metropolis) of Giannitsa with the participation of the Theophilist Bishop of Almopia Mr. Stefanos. The vicars of the Holy Church were also present, including Protopr. Eleftherios Charalambidis, member of the Electoral Committee of the School, Mr. Athanasios Dimitriou, Secretary and member of the Electoral Committee, the Director of the School, Chancellor Aristotelis Vogiatzoglou, teachers of the School, students and parents.
