The new legal study by Prokopis Pavlopoulos entitled: "The weakening of the regulatory power of the Rule of Law"translated

The new study by the former President of the Republic, Academic and Honorary Professor of the School of Law of the University of Athens, Mr. Prokopios Pavlopoulos, entitled "The weakening of the regulatory power of the Rule of Law", by the "Legal Library" publications, has been released. The problematic of this study is summarized in the following: We live in an age in which Representative Democracy and its institutions are in dangerous decline. One of the most important causes of this decline is, without a doubt, the weakening of the regulatory power of the Rule of Law and the consequent consequences for the Rule of Law and the Principle of Legality, as a key counterweight to dealing with any kind of arbitrariness - and par excellence the state - at the expense of the Fundamental Rights of Man.
